first_imgThe wind and the rain didn’t dampen any spirits as hundreds took part in the Waterside Half Marathon yesterday morning.A 2k Family Fun Run also took place.Starting in Ebrington Square in Derry, the route will once again take runners across the river to the cityside, showcasing our parks, greenways and bridges before finishing at St Columb’s Park. The organisers said; “We’d just like to say a massive thank you to all our runners and supporters for making the 35th Waterside Half Marathon a brilliant day.
